Mock SATs Mark Schemes

Dear parents

You will have received your child’s most recent mock SATs and have hopefully already taken some time to discuss them with your child. The mark schemes for these papers are attached below should you wish to use them when discussing the questions with your child.

Just a reminder for those children attending the Year 6 trip next week:

Arrive at school normal time tomorrow in their own clothes not uniform

Bags to classrooms, medication to hall

They will need to have a disposable pack lunch

They can bring maximum £5 for the shop

Kit list, menu (we are week one) and activity guide available here…

The children will be in school in the morning playing team games and will leave after lunch. They are due to arrive between 3:30pm-4pm and the school will send out a message as soon as possible to confirm safe arrival.

Those children not attending have been fully briefed about their activities for the week and can also come in their own clothes.

Planet BOFA

For a limited time only, we have access to Planet BOFA. This website has a range of assessments for you to use to develop your test skills and knowledge. You are encouraged to use this website at home to practise over half term and beyond to improve your maths and literacy skills. Your teacher is sent an email each time you take a test and they are able to see your progress. Whilst we will use some of our ‘maths skills’ lessons in school to access the website, housepoints will be awarded for children putting extra effort in to practise at home.
