At Olney Middle School we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where every child is valued and supported to reach their full potential. We believe in fostering a sense of belonging, ensuring that every student can thrive academically, socially and emotionally. As an integral part of our local community we work together with families and neighbours to build strong, respectful relationships, shaping confident and compassionate individuals who are ready to contribute positively to the world around them.
Our curriculum is designed to be progressive, engaging and reflective of the diverse world we live in. We strive to nurture curiosity, critical thinking and a love for learning by encouraging our students to explore and understand the world around them. With a strong focus on equality, diversity and inclusion we ensure that every child’s unique background and perspective is celebrated. We aim to develop a love for learning and provide ample opportunities for children to deepen their understanding of subjects they particularly enjoy through our mastery offer. Through our curriculum we aim to prepare students, not just for academic success, but for life in the wider world, equipping them with the knowledge, empathy and skills to become active, respectful and responsible global citizens.

Olney Middle School is part of the Inspiring Futures through Learning (IFtL) Multi-Academy Trust, based in the rapidly expanding Milton Keynes. We have 20 schools in our trust within Milton Keynes and Northamptonshire (Febraury 2025). Each school has its own unique identity and personality. However, we all share the same core goal: to strive to provide a world-class education provision for all children.
